Default hibernation enabled, but won't work

I have hibernation enabled in Power Options, but there is no hibernation choice when I
want to shut down the computer. I'm using Windows XP corp version.

Any suggestions for fixing this problem?

Go to Start Turn Off Computer and press your
Shift key. By doing so, the Standby button changes
momentarily to Hibernate, then click the Hibernate
button.

Do you have to do that everytime, or will doing it once put Hibernate into the choice
list?

You will have to do that each time... Faster way would be if your keyboard
has a "sleep" or similar button. Under the screen saver tab, click the
"power" button at the bottom of that window. In the new (power) window,
choose the advanced tab, and select "hibernate" for the "whenever I press my
[sleep or power] button". Then all you have to do is push the button to go
into hibernate mode, no menu clicking and button holding involved.
