SP2 Denied Access

Has anyone had any luck w/ this. I've seen quite a few posts but I haven't
found a workable solution. I have tried from CD, download and Win Update
and always I get Access Denied when it's trying to install the file
msmgrs.inf. I then have to unintall what has been done to that point and SP2
fails to install. I have 2 other pc's which went through fine (after
deleting spyware and disabling antivirus). I've cleaned it up as much as I
can and still no luck.

Hi

Check if the Read Only flag is set on the file (most likely placed
in C:\Windows\Inf\). If it is, remove the flag and try again.

Try installing from safe mode.

How can I remove the flag from the file, it's being installed from the SP2
download??
