BUG?!: Passport Accounts Become Unusable with Messenger

I can't find any email/links for bug reporting...

So far in the past week, 2 people on my MSN contact list
have had to get a new passport because their MSN accounts
have become unusable.

From their side, they aren't able to log-in to MSN
Messenger. From my view (someone who has these people as
a contact), they appear to be logging in/out every few
seconds.

I'm sure they aren't happy with having to get new email
accounts/passports, and I'm sure that it's happening
beyond these 2 accounts, especially after reading a few
posts here.

I seem to have the same problems as the 2 accounts mentioned in the contents. When I open the MSN Explorer, I cannot connect to it, and also the MSN Messenger. Is it our names and passports that aren't any good anymore?
