Default File Synchronization

I have three new systems running a new install fully patched Windows XP and
setup the standard File Synchronization. All three systems are running into
the same problem with file synchronization. When the PC is offline the file
is not synchronized to the server copy. The error message is: Access to
'OFFLINE_FILENAME' is denied on '\\SERVER\FILENAME'. What we normally do
is the offline copy is the copy that is always treated as the master copy to
preserve. With this error we get exactly the reverse - the offline file
deleted and the server copy of preserved.

Any ideas on what's going on? This is driving me nuts!!

Thanks in advance
