Default How to download a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 for a clean installation

I got the MS Office 2007 download, which was 401MB, which is a good size
for a DVD but it wasn't an ISO. It was an "exe". I guess that's OK though.

The name of the file was: Office_Pro_2007_English_x32_FPP.exe

Here's what I did for the record so that this gets archived by Google
Dejanews for future use by anyone who needs it (including for me).

1) Belarc Advisor reported the currently installed MS office key
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
2) I went to the Microsoft Office Professional 2007 download site:
http://www.microsoft.com/software-download/office
3) You have to enter the 25-character product key of the format:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
4) The site gave the following product confirmation:
The product key is eligible for Office Professional 2007 FPP
32-bit download
5) It provided a download button which was a link, saying:
Links valid for 24 hours from time of creation.
Links expi 6/14/2017 12:22:15 AM UTC
6) The result was a 401MB file named
Office_Pro_2007_English_x32_FPP.exe

Now I'll burn that to DVD and concentrate on how to get Windows 10 Pro
(full version) to download onto a DVD as a bootable ISO.

You were just traced and your name appears on my desk as one of the most
wanted criminal pirates in the USA. Someone will knock on your door real
soon.

MS will usually give you the software. (I got my 2007 office right
from their web site)
They charge you for the COA

Seems more appropriate for a CD to me (-:.

Quantity is no substitute for quality, but it's the only one we've got.
