I just downloaded MM2 and am getting same response when
dragging a mpeg file from My Video so its not your camera.
We need help!

My JVC GRDVP9 digicam is connected for downloading and
this statement keeps appearing during the wizard. The
camera is not connected to anything else (other than the
mains adaptor), I am using a USB connection.

Any ideas as to cause and solution?

Playback/importing of MPEG2 content is completely dependant on the third
party MPEG2 decoder installed on your computer. Most do not work well. See
the Importing Source Files... Video... MPEG2 page of www.papajohn.org

I own JVC GR-D50. Whenever I attempt to capture Video from my camera to Desktop I get this error message. The capture process was working fine with MS Moviemaker1. It also currently works fine with PIXELA Imagemixer.

Can somebady help me to overcome this problem?

Regards,

Rangwala

I am using ATI all in wonder 9000 and having the same problem. The movie maker that came with windows worked fine but when I upgraded to Movie Maker 2 I started getting the error message.
