Default Need a Way to Get Notifications for Specific Junk Email

I'd like to [again] recap my findings regarding using
Windows 10 Mail to create notifications for specific
Outlook/Hotmail emails.

The are at least 3 freeware ways for a Windows 10 Mail Hotmail/Outlook
account to notify of specific email arrivals. I've tested them all and
they work:

Method #1 (Windows only):
* Download/install PopMan 1.3.8
https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/popman.html
* Use PopMan to add whitelist entries to Rules.txt for notifying on
specific email addresses as follows:

Tools - Rules - (add and edit the following lines to create custom
whitelist rules to Rules.txt):

From contains none of WHITELIST - NotNew

define list WHITELIST = {
",
",
",
"}

Method #2 (Windows only):
* Download/install Howard's Email Notifier 1.70
https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/det..._notifier.html
* Create a new folder or subfolder for specific notification emails
* Select only that folder for triggering email notifications
* Use outlook.com to create rules to send chosen email addresses to that
newly created notification folder

Method #3 (Android only):
* Download/install Microsoft Outlook for Android
* Set email sender Favorites by entering their email names/addresses in
Favorites search box, then starring those entries
* Set Android Outlook to notify only on Favorites email arrivals
or
* Download/install Microsoft Outlook for Android
* Enable Focused group emails view
* Add notification emails to Focused group and train/move other emails
to go to Other group
* Set Android Outlook to notify only on Focused group email arrivals
