Default advanced network assistance needed..

Hi,
I have networked 3 computers and need some assistance on setting up some
access rights on the computers.
Setup goes like this:
Comp1 will be for public use. It has access to 3 printers and all software
on the computer. It should only be able to see/access Comp2 and Comp3 via a
password.
Comp2 and Comp3 have access to all 3 computers. These will not be used by
the public.
I setup all the computers using a profile that has admin rights.
So now, i need to setup Comp1 so it needs a password to access Comp2 and 3.
I created a different user without admin rights but when I did that, that
user didnt have access to 2 of the printers.
Is this confusing? It shouldnt be, but maybe its getting too late for me.

If someone can set me in the right direction, maybe I can get this right.

Thanks
