Default Lost printers

I have lost all my printers in the printers menu and in
the printers from the start menu, even the add printer.
When I click the add printer icon in the tasks lisat I
get "operation cannot be completed." Any help or do I
have to reinstall windows.

From the command prompt, type

net start spooler

(and remember to hit enter)

Are they all back now?
