Default Freezing at loading screen during windows XP Installation

Hey there...

I have a rather annoying problem... I'm trying to install windows XP with
service Pack 2... Had some virus issues and had to format... But whenever I
try to install it it begind the installation but freezes after all the files
have copied and starts loading windows to begin the installation... The
Screen with the windows logo and the blue bar at the bottom...

My hardware configueration is as follows...
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz (2 CPUs) ~ 2.8GHz
RAM: 1022MB Corsair (single stick)
Graphics card: Radeon 9800Pro 256MB
