Default Data transfer from Word to Excel

I created a form in word XP with some fields. I would
like to transfer the content of those into an excel XP
sheet. How should I do that?
Thanks

Hi

You would do better to ask this in one of the MS Office newsgroups.

The folks in the Office group are probably better informed to answer

into Excel and vice versa. The mechanics of doing it are something
