Default Missing Tray Icons

A short time ago, I lost all my tray icons. At first I
thought this was an explorer.exe lockup, and rebooted. But
still, they haven't gone back. I think I may have changed
a setting somewhere, since I can't tab Hide Inactive
Icon's anymore also.
