body of e-mail does not print

Default body of e-mail does not print

Hi,
For some reason, when I print a copy of my e-mail, the
body of it does not print????? It will print the heading
~ from: - to: - Cc: - date: and subject: - but not the
body. I did a printer test page and everything is ok - I
printed from notepad and the whole thing prints. I must
have set something wrong - can any help me?
