Windows XP - Stuck during process sometimes
Hi!
I have windows XP SP2 installed on Acer Aspire 5050. These few days, when I turn on my laptop in the log on windows screen, mouse and keyboard does not work, I cannot move mouse or enter my user name and password. Sometimes, even I can log in but it get stuck again mouse doesn't move keyboard also doesn't work. I think it might have problem with hardware but I'm not sure what and how to fix it. Anyone who have met this issues before please help! Thanks in advance. Susan
