Default USB Force feedback Steering Wheel software

I have a USB Microsoft Force feedback steering wheel. It
came with a CD with a version of Sidewinder Central that
allows the wheel to be configured in different ways. This
is NOT Sidewinder Central 3.02.

I have had to rebuild my PC and have lost this CD. Is
there somewher to download this from? All I can find on
the Microsoft site is Sidewinder Central 3.02 which does
not work. For example, this makes the left pedal the Y-
axis and the right hand pedal Axis 4. The software I want
allowed you to configure the pedals as a single axis or
sepeerate accelerator and brake. It allowed steering
sensitivity to be set. It may have been a version of
sidewinder central but it is not the one that seems to
come up on this site.

I am running Windows 98

Thanks
