Network location cannot be reached when adding to a domain

This particular issue is troubling me. The computer in question was working
fine in the domain. Then yesterday, the customer could not print anymore.
Our Helpdesk noticed she could not log on to the machine and had to use
remote desktop to the IP address to take a look. After noticing the system
did not have access to network resources, she tried to take the system out of
the domain and back in. When you try to put it back in you get the error
"Network location cannot be reached." I can ping the DNS server by both
domain name and ip address. I also deleted the computer account in AD and
removed any references in the DNS server to this particular computer.
Internet works fine as I am getting an IP address. I had another computer
do this yesterday, but I just re-imaged the computer and it worked fine
afterwards. I now have two of them doing this and I want to know why this is
happening. The computers are Dell Latitudes D630's that are relatively new.
Any help here would be appreciated.

What i understand that u r not able to join the system due to said error.
on the problematic system do the following:
Check the DNS ENTRY OF ACTIVE NETWORK INTERFACE.
Run NSLOOKUP Command at system prompt. it should resolve your dns server name.
Join the system in domain.

I am having the Exact! same issue with a couple of machines on my domain as
well. I have found a couple of supposed fixes but nothing is working. the
Indians advice did not work for me as well. I pulled a machine off the
network, out of active directory, removed all instances of the computer from
dns dhcp.. try to add (even under different name) and get "The network
location cannot be reached" ANYONE?!?!?!
