Default Error 1450

Whenever I open Word 2002 I get message 1450 saying that
something (either dictionaries, speech recognition or
help) could not be loaded as I have insufficient
resources. I do not know how to improve my resources.
I have P4 with 512 ram and 50 free gigs of hard drive. I
have 40 applications running but don't know which I can
turn off as I don't know what they are!
I have also had a lot of trouble with Outlook (which uses
Word)
Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Shared
tools\Proofing Tools\Custom Dictionaries.

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or
the wrong version. This could have caused by installing
other messaging software. Please install Outlook.
I have recently swapped from AOL to Outlook.

I have reinstalled Office a number of times and have now
totally deleted AOL

Sorry about long list of problems!

You need to post this is the appropriate newsgroup. On
the margin on the left open up office and use one of the
word 2000 forums there.

Default Re - Error 1450

Since the message refers to lack of system resources I
thought this was the best place but will try elsewhere.
