Default Computer run slow.

After I upgrade my windows 2000 workstation to windows
XP, my computer runs very slow.

Any suggestions to improve?

Need some information about your computer, especially what type and
speed of CPU that you have and how much RAM is installed.

Windows XP needs at least 256 mb of RAM to give decent performance and
many people find that performance improves when they go to 512 mb.
