Default Welcome Movie on startup

Greetings:

1 - Create a command line in your Startup folder that invokes your video
player and plays your video file.

2 - Enable hibernation through Control Panel | Power Options.

Dear Earl Grey,

Thanks for your reply.

1) The animation should display before the logon or welcome screen, so the
commandline batch is not working in the scene.

2)I have enable hibernate in power options, but the hibernate didnt come out
on the shutdown menu(unless i press SHIFT)
for other computers, i have seen they have 4 buttons, u can click them with
mouse, without holding the shift key.

thanks

caka

For Hibernate as a 4th button in Shut Down dialog box, goto the following
link and download the Hotfix and Registry file. Install the hotfix and
open/merge the registry file. Restart your computer.

Do you want the Intro.wmv to play each time at System Startup. Check the
following link to learn how to add schedule task.

Hope this help, let us know!

For your information, I used the following paramter in Schedule Task:

"C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\mplayer2.exe" /play /fullscreen
/close C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\images\intro.wmv

I think there is some bug in Schedule Task as "System Startup" not working
fine. It plays the video at System Startup but doesn't appear on the screen.
Then I change the startup type to "Logon" and it works fine.

Hope this help, let us know!
