can it be dangerous??

last night i was on gmail & also my orkut account was open.............suddenly a truck outside cut the telephone wire...the internet was disconnected before i could logout.......& it was not until now that the wire was repaired.......SO,,could this in any form allow anybody to "hijack" my accounts???
