Windows Media Player
I have recived an email attachment containing a .wmv file.
Clicking on this file opens Windows Media Player but the picture is stationary and the sound is just a low "moan". I have sent this attachment to several friends and they had no problem opening and viewing it. I therefore assume that one or more of my Media Player settings is wrong. Can you help, please. |

If you have multiple media players or another drive such as power dvd you are
experiencing a conflict problem.
