Default Remote assistance

I have problem to connect to another pc for remote assistance.
We are both running on Adsl with wireless routers (NAT) - so may the problem
is with the configuration with the routers.
Somebody that have some tip?

Greetings Erik,

In order for this to work, the wireless router of the person asking for Remote Assistance
must have Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) support installed. A number of router manufacturer
now do, and the router may just require a firmware update. If you reply back here with the
brand and model of the router, we can quickly determine if it currently does support UPnP in
anyway.

Hi Erik,

The latest Belkin firmware may correct this (unfortunately there's been mixed results):

Ok - thank you.
Is there another way to connect to another pc over internet? Behind an
router?
