I am having problems starting MM2 on one computer, I keep getting the error
"can't find codec" even though I have checked the download automatically box.
How can I get a correct codec? How can I reload mm2?

On another computer, MM2 will allow me to break the avi file into pieces but
it won't allow me to drag the indicidual clips into the timeline. What is
wrong?

It does this when you run WMM or when you try to open a project?
You could try downloading the Windows XP codec pack from he

Try the same AVI on another computer to see if it works.
It could be a problem with the codec used to create the AVI since there are
so many different ones.
