Default Outpost warnings?

after installing outpost, and updating xp to sp2 & updating windows, I keep
getting warnings of cganged dll's from system32, binaries, host, etc. some
are shown green but most are red. It says to allow if the application is
trusted but i don't know what any of it is. how can i stay protected if the
computer is asking me to authenticate that which i haven't a clue? Help
please!
