Default laptop memory and System info...

My laptop, just upgraded to XP sp2, and running quite well, has 128 mb's
memory. The System Information confirms 128 Total Physical Memory but puts
the Available Physical Memory at only 20mb's. This is consistent after
several "refreshes". What's going on, what is consuming memory???
