Help and Support Center Online Search of Knowledge Base
Ramesh,
I read your posts and tried ToolbarCop also. Great tool! And thanks for helping out on this post and the ones dated 2/13/2005 regarding Knowledge Base online searches via Help and Support Center. Through all our dabbling, we seem to have found that download managers (and possibly others that "integrate" with IE) cause some problems with the KB search results. Maybe this will help others in the future. For me specifically, I think I am now convinced that 40 results is all there is going to be (unless somebody else discovers something to the contrary). If you like you can read my "final" post on the matter responding to imtigger on 2/13/2005. Help and Support Center Online Search of Knowledge Base
Hi,
I read your reply to imtigger and noted this: I get some (41) responses but not as many as I think would be available if KB Search was working correctly Can you tell what search phrase you used. I'll test the same from here. -- Ramesh, Microsoft MVP Windows XP Shell/User http://windowsxp.mvps.org "jmike" wrote in message news Ramesh, I read your posts and tried ToolbarCop also. Great tool!
