"save picture as"
I'm not able to save a jpeg. It wants to save as a bmp file with no title.
I've had this problem before but can't find my text file with the steps to correct this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do a disk cleanup & also remove all .tmp files, especially fom your user
name Temporary Internet files folder. -- johnf I'm not able to save a jpeg. It wants to save as a bmp file with no title. I've had this problem before but can't find my text file with the steps to correct this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Open Internet ExplorerToolsInternet options
Delete Cookies, delete files including offline content. Set History to no more than seven (7) days.
