Default Messenger Service WXPSP2 How to create group policy

I am in a domain

How can i enable MESSENGER SERVICE in all computers now a
day and in the future.

Maybe with a group policy.
Whit a script.

Can somebody help me????

Default Messenger Service WXPSP2 How to create group policy

I cannot find anything on this either. Does anyone have a windows
script to change the startup type from Disabled to Automatic? We are
still on an NT 4 domain.
