XP Logo Always Pop Up when i install device

Hello,

when i install a usb device even approved ones my the microsoft logo it
always asks me this not approved & do u want to continue anyway. i ran sfc &
that didnt help where is the logo info saved? therea way to kill it? this is
annoying. or is this registry mess up?
