Anyone had problems with Teracopy? Call the credit card company. Issue a stop and chargeback. Have them arbitrate. Follow the money. If they are unwilling to provide the means to unlock their software then you cannot use it so get back your money. The web site's domain registration says the registrant is in Australia. In the USA, there's the Better Business Bureau where you can lodge complaints against a company. In Australia, it looks like you use ACCC (http://www.accc.gov.au/). First get back your money. Then issue a complaint against the company. Don't expect a web form to get ackowledged and the problem resolved by any company beyond the transaction expiration by your credit card company. After that, you're stuck with the transaction because you did not take action within a reasonable time. Of course, you made no mention of how long it has been since you submitted a ticket with them. Figure a minimum of 3 business days (not calendar days so the weekends don't count) and a maximum of 15 business days to get a response or resolution. After that, put a stop on the credit card charge, tell the card company that you want to issue a chargeback, and let them handle the forced refund. |

I have that problem occasionally, but unfortunately I rarely think of checking there at first :-) -- Gene E. Bloch (Stumbling Bloch) |

If what you have is considered a dispute, you will simply be given 30 days to settle the issue with the vendor. I'd take the advice you were given to check your spam folder. mass mailings can end up there for sure. |
