Run Test Programs Errors

When I try to Test a Keyboard, Modem, System, I get an
error....."Exception in Display RunMap.RunMap:" and test
does not run. Also when running Disk Cleanup....It
stops and hangs up on 3 green lights. PC Performance on
Task Manager goes to 100%....After cancelling Disk
cleanup..it stays at 100% until I end the cleanmgr
process.
