Default right click problem

When I click on 'Start' a panel opens and I right-click on 'Computer'.
The next panel opens for just a split second and then vanishes. Then I
go through the process again and it works just fine. My objective is:
'Start', right click 'Computer' and then click on 'Properties'. I've had
to do the same thing for many months now. Any thoughts on what might
cause this instant vanishing? This is the only procedure where this
takes place. Thanks.

Enable the Computer icon on the desktop and do it there?

Default right click problem

it just brings up your systems page. You can get that from the
Control Panel as well, under system and security, then system

Not sure why it vanishes. Ours does not.
It can be a mal ware, or something that is effecting it.
Sometimes loaded up software's can effect other item windows in
computers. Likely need to do a good clean out. To get it to stop.
