Win XP: Lost ability to make new folders
I Lost the ability to make new folders using the right click context menus in Explorer. I seem to remember seeing them in Tweak UI but cant find them now. Any ideas or sugestions for a replacement. -- Zilbandy

Verified registry key and value. Rebooted computer, still doesn't exist.
