Default OT? Installing Prey on TW700?

"Prey" being a tracking/recovery application for Windows, Android, and
maybe some other OS devices: https://preyproject.com/

I've got Prey running on my "Real" Win 8 laptop, no problem.a

But when I try to install it on a TW700 WinBook, the install
log says:
================================================== ============================
CAQuietExec: Error 0x80070002: Command failed to execute.
CAQuietExec: Error 0x80070002: CAQuietExec Failed
CustomAction CommandConfigHooksPostInstall returned actual error code
1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside
sandbox)
Action ended 17:42:57: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.
Action ended 17:42:57: INSTALL. Return value 3.
================================================== ============================

I started a thread on the Prey forum several days ago,
(http://tinyurl.com/mechk8p) but no nibbles.

Can anybody shed some light?
