Dear Sir/Madam,

I frequently saw a blue screen at start up in this

several months. If i
restarted it, it can be used.
I haven't add new hardware since it was bought one year

ago. How can i solve
it?

It is Windows XP(Japanese), Office XP(Japanese)

Thank you very much

The words in the blue screen is as following:

If this is the first time you've seem this stop eroor

screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again,

follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is

properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or

any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, diable or remove any newly

installed hardware or
