Default MSTSC Process Remains Open in Task Mgr. on Windows XP SP-1

When I log into my Term. Srv. from the Remote Desktop connection icon, all
works well, until after I close out of my session.

Once I log off of the TS session, the MSTSC task remains open in my Task
Mgr. and when I try to shutdown my XP station, it gives me an "End Process"
on each one that is open. i.e. If I logged into the TS (4) times that day,
I get (4) "end process" prompts.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
