It is, by far, the most cowardly force in the world. They only go after people who they know won't fight back for "crimes" such as speaking negatively about Islam or a Muslim in particular. Meanwhile, if you're involved in rape gangs, threaten to murder people or actually go ahead and do so you're not likely to get anything more than a slap on the wrist, especially if your name is Mohammed. Keep giving away your country and resources to the people who will soon behead you for not worshipping some murderous pedophile from the 7th century. Rejoice in the knowledge that your capital is now the acid attack capital of the world... another crime that your law enforcement doesn't care about.
