Anyone know how to fix this error message I get when
trying to access either of my CD drives (D or E)?

1. Something (bad disk, drive, drivers problem) causes the CD look as neither blank,
or any known filesystem type. So it was mounted as "raw" filesystem.
Since your account is non-admin, you can't access "raw" volumes.

2. Somebody tampered with the security descriptor of the drive and locked you out.
