Is there a good alternative to Windows Live Messenger?
I chose to install Windows Live Messenger along with Windows Live Mail, but
I don't like some problems I'm finding with it, like showing 2 different taskbar icons (instead of one), and the annoying advertisements. Is there a good program I can use instead? |

It was a bit too flaky for production use. I bit the bullet and went with Trillian to avoid the MSN advertising and it's been rock solid. |

I use Trillian Astra myself, but I've seen good reviews for a program called Digsby. |
