Default Mouse "busy" cursor in Chrome

Anyone else seeing the constant blue spinning "busy" cursor in Windows 10?
Just in case, I found a fix for it. Disable directwrite in chrome. It was
driving me nuts.

How about just uninstall Chrome and go for Firefox or Opera?
