I have XP SP3. I just installed SP3. I can no longer set my desktop
wallpaper to stretch or center. It only tiles. I've tried several pictures
and they all do the same thing. The current picture being used worked fine
before SP3. Any clues out there? Thanks for your time!

No, I set it from right clicking the desktop, then properties, then the
desktop tab. I discovered the following after my first post he As it
turns out, I can change it to any setting, tile-stretch-center, and it only
makes the change when I reboot the computer.
