How to uninstall an application
I have an installed TURBOTAX that will not run after a restore from
backup. When I try to re-install, it says it cannot do it until the prior installation is removed. It says to remove it using Control PanelRemove Programs. When I looked at that the application is not listed. I then manually removed the application from c:\Program Files. I still get the error. I painstakingly removed all references to the application in the Registry, but I still get the error. Can anyone suggest what I can do in order to re-install this thing? Thanks Duke |

They have a forum and a pretty good live chat, but you might have to wait some for a human. A quick Google found this that may help: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-x...rt/1096990.htm There are other results from Google that you can track down. |
