strange noise at logon of google search or msn

Default strange noise at logon of google search or msn

when google search or msn are accessed a sound like fog horn comes on briefly and not always!. Any idea how to identify and get rid of it. Did a wav search and could not locate the file or source. Very annoying so thanks for ny help.

Go to Control Panel and open the Sounds and Audio Devices applet. Select the
Sounds tab and play each of the sounds in the Program Events panel until you
find the one you're looking for.
