VARIANT FALSE

I CAN'T EXIT INTERNET EXPLORER AND SOME OTHER PROGRAMS BY
CLICKING THE CLOSE RED X. MY DELETE FUNCTION FUNCTION
WILL NOT WORK FROM ANY KEYBOARD. WHEN I OPEN IE I GET THE
FOLLOWING, "VARIANT FALSE". DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT
THAT MEANS. MY OP SYSTEM IS WIN XP HOME
