XP Pro. SP2's Security Center service keeps enabling itself everyrandom days...

Hello,

I noticed my Windows XP Pro. SP2's Security Center kept enabling itself
after booting up Windows even though I have its service disabled. It
started on 7/24/2006. I turned it off. Then again, Security Center was
re-enabled on both 7/29/2006 and 8/5/2006. Again, I had to redisable it.

Does anyone know what would cause this to happen? Did a recent Windows
Update download change something in Security Center?
