Core=Home

I have a computer with windows 8.1 core 32 bit and
a 3 windows 7 home premium 32 bit that I want to upgrade
to windows 10

I have upgraded 32 bit pro, 64 bit pro with iso without any issues.

ESD files were converted to isos.

If you joined up a while back, you can simply download it.

HTH.

If one joined the Insiders at any time...one can no longer download any
Insider build iso. MSFT has turned off that option (supposedly
temporarily) to ensure that current telemetry from Insiders is based on
using Windows Update for upgrading to Insider build 10166 and to 10240.
-i.e. Iso turned off and using Insiders to test the method that
end-users will be required to do to upgrade a qualifying o/s for free to
Windows 10.

I'm glad I'm not the only person to realise that this could be a
serious problem for some. The effects of it may even make the
mainstream news rather than just the technical press. Not long now to
see if I'm right...

The dialup crowd isn't on Twitter, so they can't raise
a stink when they need to.

They only have enough bandwidth to get a weather report.

Dialup is the future! Especially if there's a purposeful or accidental
EMP. Smoke signals and Morse code are also handy to know. Maybe Microsoft
can port Windows 10 to smoke signals for the older folks. You know, the
ones with the digtal clock on their VCR which always flashes "12:00".

HTH.
