Default Best Program to counter MS Spying?

There are a number of programs available through Major Geeks that claim
to counter/eliminate/whatever spying by Microsoft.

Do you use one?

Does it work?

Thx.

NO

NO

On a separate note, why would Microsoft bother to waste time spying on
you? Can you explain? Microsoft is a multi-billion pound business and
their senior employees are also millionaires; do you think they have
better things to do than wasting time on a nutter like you!!!

I use 2:

Spybot Anti-Beacon
https://www.safer-networking.org/spybot-anti-beacon/

O&O ShutUp10
http://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10

Seems to be working fine so far.

You got it all wrong. Do you really think Bill Gates is interested in
your stuff?
With Telemetry, MS is not spying on you.
With Telemetry, MS is using you as a lab rat. They are going to test new
windows features which are automatically installed, and Telemetry calls
home to send your machine's feedback.

Actually Shutup10 shut it up a bit too much for me. I had to hit it with a small hammer.

Bill Gates hasn't been involved in running the corporation in years.

Someone ShutUp10 contained a lot of junkware. Did you find that to be
the case?

I can't imagine any top MS executives staying very long without
Gates's approval.

No junk comes with it as far as I can tell, they just give you a zip
file containing the program.

Then you don't understand how the MSFT Board of Directors functions.

Why don't you go ahead and 'splain it to everybody? And don't forget
not to leave out the part where all those British religious refugees
loaded up on the Mayflower and came over here to start being "Pilgrims"
and killed all the Indians which lead to the chain-reaction of social,
economic, religious and political foundations supporting Bill Gates'
"plausible deniability" regarding who is - and who is not - ultimately
running the company's affairs in the 21st Century's 'system of things'.

TIA.

BTW & FYI : "Bill Gates" is a connotative term for the entire complexity
of the sprawling, complex and interlaced operations which comprise the vast
MSFT corporation... It seems everybody else understands this.

All but *you*.
