printer/scanner problem-HELP!
my brand new DELL printer/scanner/fax/copier is
reading "unlock scanner then press power" on the screen on top of the printer. i dont know how to fix it. please help!

Read the product manual. ALL scanners are shipped (or rather should be
shipped!) with their 'light' in the locked position. It's generally a little switch underneath.
