Default Is my XP Pro CD genuine?

XP Pro SP2 factory sealed full version, installed on my desktop, with code,
validated by WGA as authentic. BUT, I'm trying to create a slipstream w/SP3
to recover my laptop. In copying the Setup Disc to my local HD, McAfee
detects a trojan in i386\SVCPACK\update.exe which is not MS but Igor Pavlov
version 4.14.0.0 7z Self-Extract Setup dated Sunday, July 05, 2009, 11:12:56
AM.

McAfee identifies the trojan as generic!bg.ixy.

I have had no problems with this PC, install, or validation, updates, etc.
but this seems bogus to me. Please advise.
Thanks
