Default VB Print error

I have this problem on both my machines. One uses Word
2000 (with XP as the OS) and the other has MS Office XP
(with 2000 server as the OS).

When I right click on a document in file manager and
say 'print'....I get an error message which says "Visual
Basic Error, Ambigious name detected: TMPdde." I only
have one printer installed on each machine and set as the
default. I get the same result if I use an auto printing
program. This problem just developed as it worked fine
before. Tried deleting and installing the printer again,
tried re-installing Word even re-installed the OS!!
Nothing seems to help.

However, if I open the document in Word, then select
File/Print it prints out fine.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

thanks
